The Communication Bridge

Kit med material för mini workshops

Kommunikationsbron erbjuder Enzowaymetodens åtta grundmodeller. Dessa modeller ligger till grund för material till tio miniworkshops som chefen systematiskt leder. Tillsammans med teamet samskapas och förbättras vardagen, strukturen och arbetsmiljön i en kontinuerlig utveckling framåt och uppåt. Ingen förkunskap behövs, chefen ligger bara lite före i ”spelboken”. När teamet känner sig redo introduceras sedan appen, som en naturlig del av arbetet med Enzowaymetoden.
