Result = Performance + Process – Disruption/Distraction
The right side of the equation—performance, process, and minimizing disruptions—is within our control as individuals, teams, and organizations. However, the result is always influenced by external factors beyond our control.
By focusing entirely on the right side of the equation, results will naturally improve over time.
Disruptions hinder the execution of work. That’s why we identify them first.
Next, we explore them—as they often hold the keys to success.
Finally, we decide whether to keep or eliminate them.
This is a systematic team effort where all stakeholders participate and contribute.

The Enzoway Equation
Result = Performance + Process – Disruption/Distraction

Sometimes, we all need to ask ourselves: What exactly feels out of harmony within me today? The most common answer to this question is that, in that moment, you are too strongly caught up in self-awareness. You are connected only to yourself. Is there something on your agenda today that is primarily focused on yourself and less dedicated to the people you are meant to lead and serve? When your success becomes the success of others, and you wholeheartedly dedicate yourself to contributing to their well-being—only then can you find harmony.
