Sustainable Health

The Enzoway Method helps companies work towards the UN’s global goals in Agenda 2030 while
also complying with workplace health and safety laws. Through the Enzoway Method, we
contribute directly and concretely to employees’ well-being and mental health.

With Agenda 2030 and the global goals set by the UN, the aim is to create sustainable
development. This means we must interact with the world today in a way that allows future
generations to live with the same opportunities as we do.

The responsibility placed on businesses is fundamentally about operating sustainably, considering
social, environmental, and economic factors at all levels of an organization. Researchers have
identified strong links between mental health and virtually all key issues in international
development. Without global mental health initiatives, the goals of sustainable development
cannot be achieved. Block 3 of Agenda 2030 focuses on sustainable health, with the goal to
“ensure healthy lives and promote well-being for all people at all ages.”

Many companies actively strive to create a sustainable work environment that also enhances
employees’ mental well-being.

Despite well-thought-out efforts, alarming statistics show that mental health issues are rising
dramatically. These issues result in more sick leave, higher staff turnover, and recruitment
difficulties. Another factor is presenteeism, where employees show up to work despite being

unwell, reducing productivity by up to 75%. This applies to both managers and employees. We
want to avoid contributing to that!

The Challenges of Increasing Mental Health Issues

The reflection tool allows organizations to:

• Strengthen corporate culture

Sustainability

Enzoways modeller och digitala reflektionsverktyg har varit föremål för en akademisk studie som gjorts i samarbete med Linnéuniversitetet. Studien utfördes som en enkätundersök- ningar med djupintervjuer.

Studien visar att metoderna som Enzoway baseras på ger mycket goda resultat. Testpersonerna uppger att de fått:

  • Mer handlingskraft

  • Tydligare riktning på livet

  • Bättre måluppfyllelse

  • Mindre stress och ångest

  • Bättre relationer

  • Mer positivitet och tacksamhet

  • En ökad förmåga att hantera dagens händelser

Academic Study in Collaboration with Linnaeus University

The Enzoway models and digital reflection tools have been the subject of an academic study conducted in collaboration with Linnaeus University. The study was carried out as a survey with in-depth interviews. The results indicate that the Enzoway-based methods yield highly positive outcomes.
